Refunds and chargebacks for transactions processed through Simpaisa CA Limited (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) are governed by and under merchant-specific agreements. We act solely as a facilitator of remittance services and do not process refunds directly.

2. MERCHANT-SPECIFIC REFUND POLICIES:

Refund eligibility and processing timelines are determined by the individual agreements with merchants, partners, affiliates, MTOs, and customers. For inquiries about a specific transaction, please contact the respective merchant or email us at support@simpaisa.com.

3. OUR ROLE:

• We provide remittance facilitation services for licensed exchange houses and MTOs.

• We ensure regulatory compliance and technical efficiency but are not responsible for the terms of merchant agreements.

4. REFUND PROCESS:

• Refund requests must be submitted to the merchant or service provider involved in the transaction.

• Merchants may have different refund timelines and policies based on their agreements with customers.

• We do not influence or alter merchant-specific refund policies and cannot be held liable for the same.

5. LIMITATIONS:

• We do not issue any refunds or process chargebacks directly.

• Refund requests must be submitted to and managed by the merchant in accordance with their policy.

• Disputes regarding refund eligibility should be directed to the merchant.
